Al Qadimoon Hotel Tower is a landmark hospitality development strategically located on King Salman Road. The project is owned by Mr. Abu Mansour Al-Subaie and has been designed under the supervision of Al Hadatha Engineering Consultancy. Developed to meet modern hospitality standards, the tower combines efficient structural engineering with high-quality construction practices.
The project is constructed on a land area of 1,050 m², with a total built-up area of approximately 18,500 m². The building consists of 3 basement levels designated primarily for parking and services, in addition to 17 typical floors designed to maximize operational efficiency and guest comfort.
The structural system incorporates Post-Tension Slabs for the main floors, providing enhanced structural performance, longer spans, and optimized material usage. The parking levels utilize a Flat Slab system, while the roof structure is constructed using a Reinforced Concrete Flat Slab, ensuring durability and long-term structural reliability.
